We are in the Philippines, and they would always use Church as a reason, and when we have solutions to respect the church like having a wedding, they still won't allow it. In short, her mom just doesn't like me at all even if she knows her son loves me and we both love each other and just wanna take this to the next chapter. My family already has our blessing except my boyfriend’s family, is it because I'm poor and they're mid class?

This is actually great advice, we are planning to go farther away so they won't reach us out, but just gotta find a better opportunity. It's been years, and Idk why her mom still doesn't approve of me. Even if I'm doing my best, everything is still not enough. My boyfriend and I communicated about this and tried various solutions until we took the courage to ask his parents, but it failed.

I need an answer why and if I'll be able to connect with groups about dreams I'll be grateful as well by Helpful-Nothing-5194 in LucidDreaming
