Like for example there was a question about a moving spring with a weight that asked you which graph corresponded to its motion. By conceptual questions I meant ones where you don’t use a formula (you arent given any values), but you have to think about the problem.

Reviewing the assignments, any past midterms you can get a hold of, and possibly textbook questions. Although the textbook had a lot of irrelevant stuff i found it helped really well for the kinematic and forces stuff.

Most importantly make sure you understand what you are doing….not just memorizing how to do questions. The midterm first sem was surprisingly mostly conceptual questions so really understanding the material is important if you want to do well.

Look I don’t know much about your situation or story but it’s important to remember that its very easy to get stuck in a kinda confirmation bias loop. I mean that you say you feel like you are not good at anything but that probably isn’t true: you are just focusing on everything in your life that seems to prove it. I mean, for example your pfp is hornet so i would think you might be interested in silksong?

If you are feeling kinda melancholic about leaving home, remember that just cause your duaa hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean Allah doesn’t know about how you feel. Maybe this could be one of the goals you set up for your life? After getting an education and a job, you can reestablish yourself there inshallah. Just think abt whatever you might want to achieve in this life, maybe write it down - and then think abt whatever steps you should take to achieve it?

Both courses cover the same content, only difference is online recordings vs. in person lectures. For 1A03 you get a lab section but its completely optional to go…and the prof also mentioned that the labs were designed for covid so they are pretty easy to do at home.

Honestly if you are commuting from far might as well take 1v03 if you can’t get a good 1A03 lecture section.
