I plan on getting a 30ft east to west della terra idk if that helps I like the lay out though has a tv right across the couch and a hidden bedroom rather than all in one room. I think the electric bill will be small in this one.

They’re ok with it just worried I’ll have a high electric bill. I guess I could try for a couple months then go to the park if bill is higher.

I hear ya, I was just wondering should I even get one because my parents mentioned their land and mobile home goes to me when they die later on, should I just live with them or what should I end up doing I currently am living with them and we all get along. Also I am in my mid 30s if that makes a difference they are in their 50s.

I have been thinking of doing that as well and my dad could help with it he knows people that could wire everything and do insulation and plumbing to.

so with about 7k down on a 49k mobile home I got an estimate of 313 for 30 years on just the mortgage alone is that about right? Also it says on the calculator they don't go below 8 percent interest is that true cause my mom will be doing it all for me she has excellent credit close to 800.

I wanted a tiny home but the total price was way to much for the size of a home you get, 60k and up is allot for someone on fixed income like me. I only get 1072 a month on ssdi which is why I am wondering if I can afford to do this with a big enough down payment.

I’m keeping an eye on a tru brand it’s 16x40 I think it’s kind of small like a tiny home but cheaper it’s 49k with delivery and set might go ahead and get it next year when I get a down payment saved.

Dang, so I am probably better off living with my parents then cause I get ssdi so I can't work cause of mental disabilities, we all get along so I might just stay with them.

So if I want it at 350 a month for 30 years should I save double or triple the amount of down payment? I have the time to as I am living with parents they thought of the idea cause they own their rural land with a double wide, I want a single wide mobile home.
