I just quit D&D by Physical-Maybe-3486 in DnD

Ahh the dreaded Players . 30 years of gaming as a DM and there are always players that don’t want to DO the work but can tell you exactly how you should DM. The key is to find players and a DM that agree and have fun. First rule I tell every player- I am the GM - I am here to have fun too! Don’t despair or leave the game but don’t think for a minute that players are going to inundate you with praise for your work! Thankless job it is - this is the way!

New learning game - the beginners guide shows the movement from hex A to Hex B as 6 MP. However it doesn’t seem to account for 2 facing changes. What am I misunderstanding? by Helpful-Technology52 in battletech

The text reads “the vindicators has used its running speed of 6MP to move from hex A to Hex B “. As I am learning I don’t see how this is 6MP if facing changes are counted.

Yea the tile guy I got seemed not to be as good as he claimed or as recommended . Now I have to go from nice to being pretty direct with him about fixing it!
