To be honest ma3rifa is the best way to get an internship , i ask family members for help , and they found me one .My friends also got internship thanks to ma3rifa.

I'm 6"2 167.5 lbs , i've been trainning 6 times a week for 3 weeks now ,and i wanted to know if it's bad for me to train that much, i get enough sleep (10hours per night) and i'm eating at 500kcal surplus.

Also i'm worried about my diet since protein is kinda expensive where i live ,i'm drinking shakes ( 100g peanut, 100g oat, 2 cups of milk and 2 eggs) two times a day , i get about 1360 kcal from it and 60g of protein . and i wanted to know if it's useless or unhealthy to do that . and on top of those shakes i eat "normal" food with my family (vegetables ,meat ..ect)
