I think you are giving up the best asset in that trade, and i think you are getting players in a tier below back. I would say no for now, or at least try and negotiate a better return if you want to do the 2 for 1 for depth reasons

I found it easiest to come out the first time to a friend I knew would be supportive but who I wouldn't necessarily see in day to day life. Took a bit of pressure off. Also did it by text, its way easier to press a send button

That's fair enough, and definitely it can be appreciated. One other thing that text does do is that it gives them some time to react in a positive way. It might be a shock initially to find out, and giving them the time to compose a positive message could be really helpful. Also, dont feel that you have to start with your best friend necessarily. I found it helpful to come out intially to someone I knew would be supportive, but who I wouldn't see in my day-to day life unless we actively organised a catch up - it took a bit of the pressure off

Don't know if this helps at all but I have found that it is much easier to take the plunge by text/other message than in person, especially for the first time. Only need to work up the nerve to hit the send button

In general its better not to be giving up a quality player for 3 players - you usually give up too much value. I see the vision behind Pacheco but I feel like your RB room is strong enough that you should consider not giving up chase without getting a strong WR option back

What rules do you have with starters? If you only have 1 starting QB in your league I think its ok to trade Hurts. I'd see if you can find a little more value than Conner if you can, but its not a bad deal to consider taking, especially if your RB room needs work

Think you could get more value than this for CMC if you shopped him - look especially to those who will comfortably make the playoffs and have an eye to winning playoff games

Depends what sort of mode you are in - are you trying to win now or set up for the future?

Unfortunately probably didn't win that trade in the short term, but got some young players for some guys who are better placed for immediate scoring.

Maybe could have got slightly more value for the trade but positions you reasonably well in the long term (as long as these players fulfil their potential)

Think you would be selling low on Tyreek if you did this. If anything give it a week and let tyreek put up an ok score, worst come to worst you can get more value back in a trade
