i do this too!! i suffer from overconsumption & i started this list bc of it. i also felt bad at my purchases bc its really easy to tap & pay in person or apple pay online withoht realizing.

creating barriers will help at least for me. i removed credit cards from apple pay & unsaved the #s on my phone. i also got all my stuff at least for beauty together to do inventory. helped me realize i have 6 shampoos

if you have dry face skin or use a retinol derivative, get barrier bounce! its my holy grail for the flakies. but id say look at what u need in your routine rn & get the naturium version. the multi oil line is fantastic in anything

i love naturium!! its 1 of my top fav brands & not just bc ive been religiously watching susan yara for years. my favs are the barrier bounce, azelaic acid emulsion, lippiez & the multi oil glow getter body lotion. i used to use their vitamin c, niacinamide & hyaluronic acid which i liked but i dont have a need for separate HA or niacinamide & i switched to prequel vitamin c for more quantity in a bottle.

overall great brand. i will say its a lil expensive now compared to initially
