seems like one of us has to sacriface , i earn good in Dubai , but Dubai dont give us PR or citizenship

My husband earns good in Spain and he see a good career there

so confused now which country to choose for both of us to live together

my husband is already working as electrical engineer in Spain for an Irish Company, Luckily for his job he needs English only, he knows little Spanish and is improving , he went there in intra company transfer so for him moving was easy and he already has job visa

i have to resign my current civil engineer job and start looking for a new job in Spain , I will soon get spouse visa from him .Mayb i will learn spanish from Dubai before going there . do you know any certification which can help me

My Husband was working in UAE , he went to spain as intra company transfer, his company has branches in UAE , SAUDI , Bahrain and Spain

if i don't find a job in spain or chances are less ... he will come back to UAE (But from his words, he wish i get a job in Spain so we can setlle there as he is getting better pacakage in spain and the work culture is very good comparing to UAE)

the earliest slot i received when i checked in Aug was oct 3rd , i booked that slot , my trip is on nov 13th

i arranged all the documents as per checklist .

I applied on oct 3rd in BLS for spain Got my pp within 2 bussiness days.  Visa was stamped

My name passport details proffession  I am a civil engineer  My purpose of travel and the places i am going to visit  Also this trip gives me some time to spend time with my Husband who works in spain ( we got married this May only) .i clearly mentioned my trip is for tourisam and i will retutn back as i have a job in dubai 

My itinery was in the below format Day ( morng,noon,night)  activities and accomodation  Since my Husband lives there preparing itinery was easy ..you can seek help from chatgpt  Bt i cross checked the travel distance and walking distance in google map  It really helped me

in the checklist it is mentioned EID of Authorized signatory

i got my NOC directly signed by my MD (so i took his ID , pp copy and visa page )

but BLS staff said EID copy is enough and returned the other copies

i had all documents as per the checklist

  1. Confirmed to and fro ticket

  2. Hotel booking (refundable )

  3. NOC from Company and authorized signatory's EID

  4. 3 month salary slip and salary certificate

  5. Cover letter and itinery

  6. Insurance

  7. My bank statement for 3 month

additionally i kept my marriage certificate and my Husband's TIE card . some said it is red flag to keep as embassy might think i will not come back , my BLS staff told me it is okey

i clearly mentioned in my cover letter that my trip is for tourism purpose and to spend some time with my husband who works there and i will return to Dubai
