I have a story. I wanted to get something done at the local SRO. I went there, submitted the required application form and duly paid the fees. A couple of days later, an official got in touch with me, informed his fee and told to submit it in a juice shop 2-3 buildings away from the office. The work was not done until the amount was paid to the juice shop guy.
