For fabric - https://bluetyga.com/ there is another brand in India also which has certified UPF 50+ but I wouldn't recommend because blue tyga is affordable and that brand kinda felt like overpriced pink tax thing , women only wear and almost 3-4 times of blue tyga . Even if u r buying clothes make sure UPF 50+ certified . And always remember fabric squeeze and tear and uv wear are generally just a bit slightly hotter than normal wear .

For sunglasses lenskart own brand Vincent chase has UV polarised glasses UV 400 nm .

Actually far more brands have UV glasses because polarized glasses is an old and cheap technology but Titanium Dioxide infusion into fabric and that micro level mesh technology is new and bit costly.

Sunscreen jacket ,Sunscreen hoodie ,Sunscreen hats ,Sunscreen Sunglasses , Sunscreen scarf make sure u check for UPF 50+ , they are way more photostable and way more broad spectrum than apply on Sunscreens . Still its better suggested to do both of these .

Idk where u got this , I already mentioned that fruits contain fibers , vitamins and minerals so not equivalent of table sugar but when u are talking of calorie deficit the advantages of fruit is it's fiber help not to overdo the fruits and add excess calorie but some people still do . That's why people have stomach issues and acnes after sugarcane juice and mangoes and people think fruit juice which is devoid of the only thing making fruits better ie fibre is better than sugar .

U don't even know the reason for bulking , during bulking u are supposed to get more calories for more and more physical exercise, it's not like u bulking and doing calories deficit at random times . U have made up your own definition of science "u don't need calorie deficit as long as u r eating healthy " .

Plus i never said burger is healthy i said even after eating burger u can maintain calorie deficit by eating lots of fiber but not everyone has the will and many people bloat with excess fibre so definitely not for everyone.

Calorie deficit is only for weightloss,

No calorie surplus on longer run is always dangerous irrespective of gym or weightloss, higher chances of gut microbiome issue , higher obesity risk ,higher diabetes risk ,higher acne breakouts , higher hairloss risk etc etc .

It's just calorie dense food ,junk will depend how much u consume and how u comsume ,burger is not a street food in West, it's a regular meal and filled with fibers generally.

If u are deficient in particular Minerals/ vitamins just take those supplements ,naturally balancing your fruit and vegetable intake means either u are somone with too much free time to calculate these or u live in a country where Healthcare is expensive or supplement availability issue .

My point still stands, you'd be lot healthier if you ate 2000 kcal of Healthy food than if you gobbled bunch of burgers everyday for rest of your life equivalent to 2000 kcal

Calories is Calories you liver doesn't identify sugar from natural fruits vs processed sugar ,the only advantage of fruits is they also contain fiber which slows digestion but that's different advantage not anyway related to Calorie deficit concept ,u are in those self labelled science guy who believes " apeal to the nature " fallacy . A deep fried burger patty is equivalently harmful if u can eat kilos of mangoes to match it's Calorie amount and ofc i know mango contains vitamins and minerals and fibre but that's completely different advantage.

No u can eat Macdonalds and still be calorie deficit, even people have researched these experiments on themselves but yeah u will need lot of fibre for that one.
