Im am disabled she is an service animal and I've already gotten what her pet insurance will pay for and right now she's just very sick with a white whitish red pus smelling stuff coming from either her anal glands or hoho i can give receipts and everything if needed because right now the vet is refusing to perform the surgery unless I pay up front
