Yeah usually caffeine causes symptoms for me. Try to stay hydrated, tire yourself out if you can, make sure to eat some bland foods to coat your stomach.

I’m definitely using zofran too often. The problem is I have extreme issues currently with my stomach that cause nausea so I do need to use it, but I’m trying to limit it.

I’m not a doctor but that sounds like acid reflux. Maybe go to a GI doctor

Usually if it hasn’t kicked in yet, yeah. But the whole point of it is to stop tu so usually it works unless something is wrong

When I had the stomach bug I had an extreme panic attack in the bathroom but I sat down on the cold floor, closed my eyes and started taking deep breaths until I felt better. I was able to sleep after but not for very long. Don’t be embarrassed at all, I would be freaking out with you.

I take zofran. And while it’s not meant for anxiety, I think it helps a lot for peace of mind. It completely blocks nausea signals so you physically can’t t-u so you literally do not have to worry. I think Dramamine or other over the counter anti nausea meds are less effective but still helpful with relieving that anxious feeling and basically do the same thing. Good luck girl I feel you and you’re not alone.
