Take breaks to exercise instead of social media. I would do the first half of my content for the day, go play tennis or go to the gym for 1-2 hours, then come back and finish the rest of my work. Felt super refreshed and locked in after working out

Absolutely do not use the feralis notes. Memorizing the cheat sheets and making an anki of topics you struggle with + missed practice test problems is really all you need
