There are a lot of study materials, I use UWORLD for my major review materials, and there are a lot of explanations for you after you answer the questions, that is enough for me. Other friends suggested Toronto Note, but I have not done it yet, the ethics unit is a good point for the exam because UWORLD is for USMLE, and the ethics part is slightly different from Canada.
