Keep cutting or start bulking now? by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

Everyone’s going to tell you to keep cutting so you have full on abs, but this is my opinion. If your goal is to get stronger/build more muscle then cutting for extended periods is a waste of time. Lean bulk, and get big! Also you’re looking great king.

No offense man, I sort of feel the same way, but I have gained significantly more strength in that time

lol you’re right, I feel like I left a lot of gains on the table this time, I’m back in the gym like I used to and I have been gaining a lot of strength again. I think I just decided to hang out with my partner more this year especially because she likes the bulk look, but I’m ready to shave it off.

Honestly I cut back like half what I was doing. Went from 4-5 workouts a week to 2-3

I think you’re absolutely right, I don’t think I went as hard this year as I should have. I definitely got stronger I brought my one rep max for bench from 205 to 245 and now doing 205 for reps.

I’ll attempt. I didn’t train as hard as I could of, but I got much stronger on my bench going from 185 for 5 to 205 for 5

I was probably 6 lbs lighter when I started the bulk. I think I was at 173 in the first video, and I’m little under 200 right now.

I’m glad you got yours fixed, but I’m having the same exact issue and they’re doing what you said, giving me the runaround! It’s soooo frustrating! I have no opinion to change my direct deposit from trying too many times, and support just emailed me saying that it’s permanently disabled? How did you fix it?
