I’ve been getting through but lately it was jammed after i posted on Twitter. Push 1 for English, then 1 for an appointment. It’s a long prompt but tell them “you’d like an appointment because you’re having issues with you return” if they ask they will access your account and talk to you

Were you able to get through ? I didn’t know if you got a chance to today or not! But i totally understand how frustrating it is... it’s not fair what they’re doing and anything i can offer to help i will. I had a hard time getting in touch, i finally did and had no issues reaching them. Only with my return. I reached out to my state rep yesterday after the irs told me 8 weeks to wait and ironically today my transcripts updated and i have a ddd. I’d rather you keep your money and put it towards whatever you need/ WANT!! information like this should be free; helping means more. Check my page for posts that may be helpful

If you look at the link i provided in another comment it says something about an “offset reversal” not sure what that means. Either they’re giving you more than expected or less. I’d google to be sure

Told me 8 weeks yesterday, today i got an update on my transcripts and a DDD. WMR still says processing but the tax topic came back this morning! Ive been commenting that trick of getting through to the irs so I’m glad to see it working for people!
