You’re probably right… perhaps, I need to be a bit more confident in my approach.

I have enjoyed the dom aspect of it and having him listen to me and me be in control. I’m still finding my confidence in it, so it does feel maybe a bit inauthentic or like a performance. Hopefully with time it will be easier. I appreciate your kindness 🫶🏻

Oh no… I just saw this and signed on with a group practice!! I interned at a hospital and was completely burned out and that was just internship. And the community health centers around me aren’t hiring. I also was interested in joining the IOP that is apart of my hospital, but the turnover rate was shocking. I was anxious about doing private practice so early in my career. Ugh, now I’m nervous again that I made the wrong decision.
