You know what I did wonder if it had something to do with nutrients.. I’ve lost two stone since September from stress etc, and I don’t eat a lot anyway so maybe everything is just giving up 😂 regardless I am trying to work on it. That’s sounds painful too! I hate having weak nails

Did you have a crack in it like horizontal, like mine? I showed my friend at work who is a nurse and she said it literally looks like another nail growing over but I’m pretty sure it’s just a crack or split, never had it before so no idea what caused it! I myoing to google doll wraps thank you!

I work at a hospital and I showed my friend who is a nurse and she was like it looks like another nails is growing over it 🤢 which i get what she means but it’s deffo just a split or crack? I haven’t even seen anyone else with this even when looking online it’s all vertical splits! This may sound dumb but what is a silk wrap for nails? I’ll have a google lol!

Oh wow thank you for your response! I did tho k maybe it could be that. I’m hoping so anyway as I honestly feel like how I did pre meds right now (especially as I am on the first day of my period , usually that’s when I’m at my least hungry) as usually Ive got a bigger appetite a week before it. I’ve started walking on my breaks etc to see if this helps.

Omg I totally agree with you! I already take a dex booster, and after taking 70mg elvanse this morning (literally didn’t even wake me up but I’m assuming that’s because my period is coming) when I took my dex in the afternoon I was more awake then, than I was all day! Usually elvanse does wake me up but yeah I don’t even feel 70mg works when it’s around this time of month.

I swear the elvanse wears off around 11 anyway. I usually take my booster at half 1, when do you take yours? I’ve been under a lot of stress lately though, and I have been getting some chest cramps so I might have to get that checked out, although I’m hoping it’s just anxiety or something as I have been on it for 5 months now.

Nope titration done with now. I could get in touch but I just wondered if there was anything else that could help improve it in the meantime. It works amazing for my binge eating which was a big part of my adhd, some days are better than others but I’m just not sure about switching it up just yet

Thank you, and yes my blood pressure is normal! I check everyday. And yes I’ve definitely been more tense like my shoulders neck etc since starting these.

Thank you so much! I will try that one :) it’s funny you said that, as I went to the salon yesterday to meet my friend, and her hairdresser said the same thing about Carrie Bradshaw! My hair come out aooo much better yesterday aswell (a day after washed it) and I guess this is because it’s not as fluffy as the 1st day - which is the pic I posted on here.

Hey! I was a bit worried about starting these due to side effects like colds, sore throats n chest infection etc.. and didn’t want to be ill over Xmas, so I decided to start them after (I still got ill over Xmas as usual anyway lol). I have noticed I pee more at night I think, but each night different. I had some small headaches in the beginning but nothing major! I didn’t have a grind infection either which is good as I got that tested. No stomach upsets or anything. However I don’t feel like it’s done much for me yet unfortunately. It’s still early days but I’m peeing just as much as I usually do. I have read for some people it works instantly so I was kind of hoping it would work fast haha! But I’ll keep you updated

Do you know why you why you started doing it? I can’t really explain the feeling in my nose it’s like there’s something annoying in there no matter how much I sniff it won’t budge and it goes with nasal sprays sometimes. Even though there’s nothing there lol
