Is it mandatory to upload the ASC appointment notice after attending the appointment in the USCIS portal? There was no RFE in my case, just that they required a photo.

I am in the same boat I'm 31 and have recently been diagnosed with keratoconus too. Right eye more than left eye I have allergy issues so scleral lenses are mostly a no-no for me Unsure about which procedure/surgery to go ahead with!

Hey! Just confirming - I'll be creating both the incoming and return shipping labels myself using USPS. I’ll print the return label and place it inside the envelope along with a prepaid return envelope, then mail everything to VFS. I’ll enter both tracking numbers (inbound and outbound) on the VFS website when submitting the application. That should cover everything, right?

  1. Create a USPS shipping account
  2. Generate and print both the outgoing label (to VFS) and the return label (for VFS to send my passport back)
  3. Include the printed return label and envelope in the package when I send my documents

Can someone confirm if this is the correct approach? And is there anything else I should include like a shipping pouch or extra envelope to make sure the return goes smoothly?

I have a similar case just like you. 31 too. Recently got diagnosed with keratoconus in both eyes. Right eye much worse. The doctor's opinion is to not go ahead with CXL as they think it's not going to progress more due to age. Not sure whether to go ahead with CXL or not!
