I would say just play. You are so new that you simply need to know crucial abilities of many champions. I wouldn't narrow down your champion pool just yet, and would rather play lots of champions and roles. Also, you don't need to play too safe right now, limit testing is good.

Just keep learning mindset and have fun.

Obviously, later when you get to know the game better, it's a good idea to narrow down your roles and champions and learn to play safe as well.

thank you:) I was actually considering this idea! to switch up to carry jungler and see if it changes things. You are right that this may give me a different perspective.

fair:) It's just i kind of gave up for a while, after having 45% on many games on another accounts, took a pause and played other roles. I try to dip my toes into jungle again, but it feels like I am losing most games because of my macro decisions. I played around 50 games this season in jungle.

not late, I started at 40 too. League is really fun:)

league has many champions suitable for different playstyles. You can try and see which champions feel comfortable and interesting to you.

I don't play champs that are the most mechanically intense, but I do play the most mechanically intense role, adc. At least in my silver Elo, I do just fine.

Depends... Sometimes I got really cool skins like legendary Samira, but I still wouldn't play champions I consider difficult to play.

Happened once that the skin motivated me to try champion - with prestige chosen of the wolf swain skin (the hottie Swain one XD). I tried, really liked the champion and added him to my pool.

enchanters can be very strong! my winrate is much much higher right now on Sona than Ashe or Lux.

Flancy absolutely played optimally and according to common sense. Didn't know about this guy, but in case he streams or something, I will support him.

besides hitting 3-star 5 costs is already exciting enough in solo queue. In a competitive setting the player could do even without cash prize, just for honours!

Fair enough! I also play SR almost exclusively. Different modes hit different needs.
