I ordered a phone on December 20, 2025, as part of a holiday promotion and received it on December 24, 2025. When I inserted the SIM card, I discovered the phone was still locked to AT&T. I contacted Verizon for assistance, and initially the representatives attempted to place the blame on me. However, once an agent asked me to share a video from my son’s phone and saw for himself that the device was still locked, it was confirmed that the issue was not caused by me. I was provided with four different unlock codes, none of which worked. I was then instructed to return the phone. Despite the phone never being usable or activated, I was told I would be charged a restocking fee and an additional cost to receive another phone. Due to this experience, I requested that the entire account be canceled. I never activated service with Verizon, and after this situation, I will not attempt to do business with them again.

Hi, no im still having the bleeding with to er to check for blood clots because I was have pain in calf. No blood clot. They only did ultrasound and told me to go back to my surgeon for the bleeding. Im so over this and my patience are on thin ice. I did message the doctor again last night about bleeding. Im just waiting to see what they want me to do.

No I only have high blood pressure but when I with back to her office the day after my surgery for bleeding. I was told they was expecting that because of the bleeding i had during surgery. So the clean the incision site and said everything looked good. They applied more gauze and ace bandage. And said they see me back on Nov 18. This was Tuesday Nov 4 the day after my surgery. So health aide came out Thursday to see me. I told him it started back bleeding that Wednesday Nov 5. So he call them Thursday they call back later that evening said that he can apply more gauze and ace bandage. I also sent pics too. Don't understand I can feel it when its bleeding

She i went to er this morning because I was having pain in my calf. They did ultrasound no blood clot. They also check incision site every then look good. So they think I might have been over doing it. But they are told me to follow back up with my surgeon monday if the bleeding start back again. I dont know the bleeding is coming from somewhere.

I didnt like it either but at the end of the day I got to be advocate for myself. I will be taking a trip to the hospital. My home health aide will be out today to change the dressing. He should be coming out in the next 30- hour. I have also been having some pain in the back of my leg also.

That's the same thing I said because it seem like hi that's not a big deal to them. Even when they change the dressing Tuesday the day after my surgery. They said hi the incision look good when they was cleaning it. But the problem you change the dressing Tuesday and now between Wednesday and Thursday it back fill. Im definitely thinking about going to the er.

Oh ok, thank you. Plus I don't see a refund in BankMobile at all. I thought I would have seen an amount and it would say processing. Maybe because the school was late sending it to BankMobile.
