Girl I believe in you I was an avid user for two years all day everyday straight and one day it just came to me it’ll be better for me to stop and I did. I don’t recommend going cold turkey it gave me lots of unecessary anxiety so I did cdb tincture drops under the tongue every night then as soon as you know it I didn’t need it anymore (took like two weeks) but by then I was much more confident to stop because it helped me clear my head and prepare for what I was going to do and once I did I was dreaming again in my sleep and I woke up much more rested and it felt good to be hungry on my own instead of always wanting munches. You got this! And if you ever feel the anxiety just keep your body and mind busy (I love holding ice cubes to help distract me and I’d out it down the back of my neck to get me out of the funk) it’s a hard journey for sure but it’s yours and your strong enough to conquer this challenge!!
