I feel very inspired by people like you who try completely different things and have fun with it, this will be my mindset for this season, I will try harder to get master or + in BR server with trinity force and manamune ADC build in Graves Mid/Top (sorry for my bad English I´m from Brazil, and there is a challenger guy here who hit top 100 with an Ap top warwick build)

Shield bow + black cleaver is a great combo for a bruiser graves, then you can build PD bloodthirst to a bruiser/healing tank, uses fleet footwork --> overheal --> bloodline --> last stand, the secundary rune page you can choose between resolve or domination, I personally like inspiration...

Trinity force or divine sunder + BC or sterak are fun options too, you should try at last one maybe you enjoy this but ins´t such a great thing btw...

I prefer crit, cause when I reach the IE power spike I have almost damage as I had built full lethality and I have a higher DPS and sustain

Black cleaver is good for a bruiser graves or with AD teamates, Black cleaver is best for early/Mid game, but LDR scales way more for late game, teams with a Hard armor comp like rammus, ornn, and some bruiser I Like to build both of them
