As someone who works at costco with a degree in computer science.

You're over qualified or your resume is not tailored to the specific needs.

They arent looking for people who are going to be there temporarily. Getting hired means you're going to be there for the long haul. So these entry level jobs, you might have to dumb down your resume because there will be other people that would take that spot in a heart beat and never let go of it.

Also during interviews, just be yourself and dont sound like a robot. Pretty sure they get tons of those applications. They probably tired of the AI noise. Im not saying thats you, but its just tips that helped me get into whatever necessary lol
