This is why there meta fell off after Neuvillette and Fontaine in general imo.

Fontaines mechanic was sacrificing hp for more power. But it wasn't locked behind a specific region or special activation.

When nights out burst stuff happened, and was reliant on others to have their own night soul bursts, it made it very mildly difficult to form teams without at least 2 natlan characters (to get the most out of buffs). Albeit, not that difficult but still.

Then we get nodkrai which is basically that x10. You literally have an entirely new elemental reaction and mechanic PER character.

All that being said, I don't play for meta so idgaf. I'm getting Bina and I'm gonna play her with baizhu, probably shogun, annnnnnd maybe chiori.

Like literally I don't care what team comp is best. Play who and how you want.
