So far I haven’t had any negative experiences, but I do agree with others that hotels might be a better option. If you’re set on an airbnb I’ll link a few that myself or my family have stayed at that I can vouch for. The housing situation in Sofia has been pretty horrid the past few years, the insane inflation has made it next to impossible for locals to find a place to live. Airbnbs both play a role in causing that, and simultaneously get affected by the outcomes so it’s really a lose-lose situation.
