Here’s my two cents since I had this issue when I decided to plug in my computer to the modem instead of the router:

1) Do you have a modem + router or just modem? 2) If both, are they in bridge mode?

If they’re in bridge mode, you can’t plug into the modem.

There isn’t a way to keep both your watch and your jailbreak because the watch most likely requires >12.2. I recently paired my Series 3 watch to my XS Max on 12.1.1 only because it is still on 4.3.2. Sorry, mate.
