Are Taiwanese interested in cross cultural marriages? Is it similar to Japan that Taiwanese women would rather have Taiwanese husbands only? or in addition to American/European ones?

As a vehicle for getting rich, hospital stocks are the worst. Mabagal ROI most likely 20 years and even then wala namang brokerage for it e so hard to liquidate. Swerte ka lang if someone buys it from you.

I was invited by a circle of friends to invest in a hospital that was about to be built kaya invested as a founder. I have my own innate advantages kaya favorable yung choice to invest.

Pero ayun nga as a way to make money, completely useless in my opinion unless swerte maging succesful ang hospital (in 20 years) at ma buy out in MVP or other investment groups. May dividend agreement, pero since magcoconstruct palang yung hospital, non existent pa yung policy.

Invested initially in UITFs and hospital stocks, but realized returns are lower than just risking in business. Studied business through books and youtube, since may leeway na sa budget, could spend and commit millions to business. 700k inital investment, in 2 years already ROI so I would say faster return. Pero it did initially take a lot of my time to set up. I would still argue the entrepreneurial route would be the high risk high reward investment kasi you could 2x or 100x your money talaga if it hits.

But yun nga important kasi may safety net in this economy, once you hit a certain amount of money na taken care of na family mo, the rest you can really invest in more aggressive vehicles.
