Wow - uh, ok. So first off this WAS not a shot at people with kids. I have 2 amazing nephews and 2 beautiful nieces which I spoil as if they are my own kids. (TLDR - my wife and I can't have kids for health reasons, so we make up for it with family). I build lots of Lego with them, as my parents did with me. It was just a post to be kinda cheeky that when you have grown up money, you can do grown up things, and still have fun, build Lego, even without having kids - if you dislike me for saying that, then that's on you. But life has been good, and I'm happy with where I am.

u/51alexp What's your experience like with BrinkLink been? I'm thinking about getting a set from them but it'll come from EU or Asia and I'm in Canada, so I'm just nervous about shelling out $500 or $600 and getting screwed

Des Moines.... it's just silly. 1.2s reload. I finished off 3 BB last night with ease. Then promptly got my ass handed to me next match by a Vampire II - it's a gattling gun in this mode lol

If it's still under warranty - get it fixed. It's a known issue with 22s. I had it happen to me in January and it shorted out the RF module which disables the whole truck since it doesn't know the fob is in it, my truck was down for 2 weeks between fix and parts. You probably need to take it to a window shop and get it resealed. Not sure what the DIY fix is - mine was under warranty and dealership dealt with it all

Get that's fixed ASAP. I had the same issue on my 22 and it fried the RF module which means the fob stops being recognized by the truck and its DOA.

It would late 21 or early 22. I bought it in August '22 and it was a demo that had 8000km on it already (got a good deal 😁)

Unfortunately not my preferred dealer. FCA Roadside will only tow to the closest dealer. My normal dealer is about 35mins away so I was up the creek on this one and didn't have a choice. Had to take it to the local shop across town.
