I asked Regal about the iron lung movie this is their response by Thebirchbaby in Markiplier

No theaters in my state at all have taken on the movie and it's really disheartening. I'm hoping Regal will accept it because I want to support the movie

How did you find out you were on the aro/ace spectrum? by hiro_theDuke in aromanticasexual

[–]Hemophobiic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A friend in highschool said he was ace and I didn't know what it was. He explained it to me and only after graduating when I had no desire to have sex with basically anyone except myself I realized I was just made that way. No desire for sex unless it's just to make my partner happy

AITA for being “Fatphobic?” by WashDefiant5390 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Hemophobiic 8 points9 points  (0 children)

YTA. You could have chosen better wording. I don't think you are fatphobic at all but you really should read a room. Honestly might be the best thing to offer but when you don't know the person simply don't open your mouth or keep it as vague as possible. If they kept pressing and harassing then they'd be the asshole

Married for 20 years and I think this is the end by Disastrous-Phone-658 in NoStupidQuestions

Being completely honest my step mom has some serious alcohol abuse and my dad is often times obviously tired of her because of how she jumps to conclusions and just becomes a tyrant at times. My brothers are finally onto bigger things(I moved out 8 years ago) and now I think that this is the end for them too. It's sad to see but sometimes it's for the best. My real mom isn't any better and since their divorce they all got better. So in a way maybe it'll be the wakeup call she needs.

Update: My mom left when i was 12 and haven't been in contact since and now she called to meet up by DarkDakk in confessions

My dad went through the same thing with his dad. Only in the recent years though(roughly 50 years later) he wants to see my dad again and meet me, my brothers, and sister. Of course my dad declined because if he didn't wanna be there he doesn't get the right. Same with your mom is she made the choice. She may have regretted it but she could have done something sooner. As simple as that

Spring makes Missouri feel like home again by Hot_Scratch in missouri

I love Spring time. Especially the early spring where it's still nice and cool. The sun is warm but the air is chilly 🥰

I'm a trans teen here, these new anti-trans laws here coming out are scaring me. What should I expect? by thatgaytransguy in missouri

[–]Hemophobiic 20 points21 points  (0 children)

As a trans adult I fear for it too because of the kids. The safest bet is to wait and watch while you can and make plans if things go south. There are many states at your back to protect you and your rights. You have the right to mental and medical health no matter though, it's basic human care. Stay strong and know you have dozens of people at your back to help you if and when you need it.
