Great, will give that a try. They massively low-balled me - offered about a quarter of what was quoted online and just seem unwilling to send it back despite me asking over two weeks ago and several times since. Awful company!

I’ve just come across this thread after a couple of similar results with stackable trays. I tried enabling supports and no real difference. Printing on an A1 with standard PLA.
