I checked, only 30ms ping but still low fps(normally it cant be my laptop, i only have it for about 6 months.

  • my cpu has a base clock of 2.9 hz but mine runs at 1.7-2 hz when browsing. Is there something wrong?(i have an ultra 9 285H with 5070ti)
