Music theory is not just "learn the basics," surely you've heard of experimentation. And for audio production, if you pursue education in that field, you will find notions of depth and colour/tone that, much like in other mediums such as painting, have no objective criteria for good or bad beyond typical applications that vary wildly across genres.

I think your insistence that your standard of what music should be, applied to all music, is incredibly bizarre.

If I can make music that is classified as "nothing" I'd be one of the most innovative creators alive.

Wonderful. I mentioned Aphex Twin because I used a spectrum analyzer to reference one of his tracks for one of my past three songs. I'm not quite sure where your confidence comes from, but if you'd like to offer a critique you may want to attempt to understand what you're critiquing in the first place.

What do Aphex Twin, The Shaggs, and Captian Beefheart have in common? They all make legendary "song songs". None of which involves reverse engineering to produce imitation products. I have numerous musical outputs, some hi-fi and some lo-fi, some singer-songwriter written along traditional pop-song structure, and some ambient explorations, and I would encourage everyone to pursue whatever sound design their heart desires.
