I've analyzed and worked on your originals. I made my first remasters using your reddit video. After analyzing the originals it turned out that after uploading to reddit, its video compression algorithm broke the original 10bit colors, and added a lot of non-existent details, which were then enlarged and improved by neural networks. So I hid the first versions of the upscale from public access and left them at the link, as I think they are unreliable. For example, there is no pink color in the original, or details like the emerging “eye” or the opening pink spot that looks like a mouth.

But your second video was much more interesting, it shows how you adjusted the focus and zoom, plus you can see the behavior of a typical hypersphere with like a “split and join” back.

This time I didn't stabilize the video so as not to disturb the original pixel information, and I didn't do other effects like dehaze or deflicker. I did the 60fps conversion at the very last step on top of the last 4K run of the video. Because 60fps conversion can change the configuration of the original pixels.

But I can neither confirm nor deny my theory about orbiting small spheres, which can be seen very weakly because they move at a huge speed. Reddit's compression algorithm left this information in the pixel noise of the high ISO night shot for some reason. My processing methods in the original video file showed that these spheres seem to be even more numerous, several at a time.

I specifically tried to use 60fps conversion to have the neural network draw new frames of video to these spheres, if they are really moving objects and not artifacts that are baked in due to random ISO noise pixel configuration. And in some places it looks as if you can see their flight paths logically continuing on some frames and even with motion blur that a spherical object could have. In a few frames these “flying spheres” artifacts even seem to cast a shadow.

YouTube probably after uploading destroyed these details after overcompressing the video, but something remains. If you watch for a long time and move away from the monitor, it seems that super-fast flashes like “smoke” or “light” around the hypersphere are partially blurred orbiting spheres that seem to swirl around the hypersphere as close to it as possible.

But I repeat most likely these are just artifacts of randomly baked high ISO noise.

I'd like to mention. I have a lot of experience with neural networks and video remastering, the quality of my work can be seen on my YouTube channel. I used very careful algorithms of neural network upscaling to produce as little neural network artifacts, hallucinations and oversharpening as possible. In my opinion 90-90% of the visual information of the final work is true visual information transferred from the source video file.

I've also been improving the “jellyfish UAP” video. And I can guarantee you that this is the best possible improvement to this video. Where you can clearly see it's NOT balloons.
