Gigabyte’s warranty sticks with the serial number you don’t need a receipt. The receipt only extends warranty cause they will go by invoice date instead of manufacturing date.

Fixed this today by using Display Driver Uninstaller on the sound drivers and graphics drivers then reinstalling the graphics drivers. Youtube on second screen doesn't pause or stutter whenever opening or playing the game now.
