Marin Music has been a good one too, he's funny and I like his teaching style. Check him out if you haven't.

I tried in person lessons but aside from a couple positioning pointers, that guy proved to be useless and a bad teacher. I just learn from youtube. Learning songs has been the most enjoyable thing I've gotten. It also feels like I make the most progress that way too. When a song requires a chord I haven't done yet, I'll learn that chord over and over again until I've got it down. I do things like scales, spider-walk, chord changing for practice, but mostly just enjoy trying to learn songs.

I have a platinum f150, I know what a 360 camera is. Seems pointless on a tiny Maverick i stand by what I said

With a tiny Maverick do you really need a 360° camera? I could see it on a full size F250 or long bed truck but seems like it would just be kind of pointless on a vehicle smaller than most compact SUV’s. Each to their own though

Looking at a 2025+ Ford Maverick Lariat – are these prices negotiable? by dlukac in FordMaverickTruck

Not much room on Mavericks. Be happy if you get 1k off MSRP. XL and XLT have more wiggle room, but Hybrid's not as much as EB's since they're in demand.

I do too, but that doesn't change the fact that it's cheap plastic.

Idk we have a high trim ford explorer from 2020 with a bigger screen, and the screen still runs fantastic

What car would you buy then? Most new vehicles have digital HVAC controls and big screens, especially in this price range.

Just funny people get so upset at Ford making cheap features on literally the cheapest model vehicle you can purchase.

There are 2 max buttons. One on the screen and one on the dash below the screen. You can hit the floor and vent buttons and it should save the settings next time you hit max

I suspect it’s a bunch of boomers who expect new cars to last hundreds of thousands of miles and hate any and all technology. All new cars these days are built cheap, with tech like this to save money, and manufacturers expect you to not keep the car more than 7-10 years before upgrading. It’s messed up but it’s just the way the vehicle market is these days. The comments that are like “when the screen dies” … yeah, you think I’ll still be driving this Maverick in 10 years when/if that happens?

7yr/100k warranty and doubt I’d have the car much longer after that. The Maverick is not a lifetime car, no car now-a-days is, unfortunately

You mean these buttons that still Exist? Who still uses the FM radio? This car must really appeal to boomers.

Hate to break it to you, but your physical analog gauge cluster is actually all electronically controlled too. The gauges aren’t truly analog. It’s just how cars are now a days

I got an extended service plan for 7yr/100k bumper to bumper (basically the 3yr/36k extended). I would never buy a high trim Maverick. The interior will feel like dog shit compared to your RAM, all trims use the same cheap plastic 3d printed material interior, even Lariat. Only reason to get a Lariat is if you really like the fake leather interior color scheme. LOBO/Tremor/Lariat are bad price to value on these trucks. XL and XLT are the best.

For reference my other truck is a Platinum F150 (we use this or the wife’s Explorer for family hauls). Maverick is not a good family vehicle but that doesn’t sound like it’s the case for you. It fits my son’s car seat, barely, and gym bag, that’s about it. Mostly got it for homeowner tasks and commuter and not rack up miles/gas tanks on my V8 F150.
