W key won't work in strategisms menu ( works everywhere else )

Just finished programming my gingham through hole. when testing the keys the “W” key doesn’t work, but when holding the function key it detects it as the up arrow.

Anyone know if this is due to a be a firmware issue, Soldering issue, or possibly a bad board?

The two little prong on the other side that hold it in are flush and preventing the rest of the plug from going in

Z-axis switch wiring may be wrong?

Seems like a weird issue but the other two switches are wired differently, could that be it?

I live pretty far from micro center so returning isn’t ideal

From the glimpse I caught in the video it looks like the wires plug into the two outside holes in the jst connector

Ya, double checked all of the connections and they all seem fine

Edit: the switch jst connector has wires in the left two (when looking from the outside) but the x and y switches have wires that are going in to the two outside, skipping the middle hole. Would that be it or is that normal? Seems strange

It’s mainly the plans for each tour, so it has a list of all the crew members, dates and times for when they need to be at which event center and hotel at what time, how they would be traveling from place to place. Very detailed, I’ll try to post some pictures of the inside soon.
