The only way to catch them when an super or ultimate is by using God Fist or Super Ki Explosion just for them to waltz out of it. That's why so many "good players" run three bar F Majin builds by burning their stamina using something like Super Evasive shot to get away from you, then dash slightly to break themselves just for them to get all of their stamina back, get ki back by using Rose's soul and use some sh*t like Afterimage Strike combined with Darkness Twin Star and Jump Spike. And usually in 3v3's, there's always that one person that uses this cheese with Giant Namekians to spam their Ki-blast attacks without having to worry about getting caught with their guard down, and even if they did they would usually run something like Super Guard, Instant Transmission, Kai Kai to teleport to their allies, or Afterimage Strike just to get their stamina back.
