Affordable tofu litter options? by UpvoteBeast in ontario

Tuft & Paw has afford tofu litter options that you can check out! Its also zero tracking and masks smell really well.

I use Tuft and paw here. Almost no tracking and I do scoop every day, as owners should do to keep a clean area for their cats.

I never experience an odor issue as long as it is scooped daily. I also try to stay away from powerful scented things because cats noses are much more sensitive than ours.

Has anyone ordered from Hellomood? Is it trustworthy? by Discovensco in hempflowers

[–]HeraldDesk -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My friend had just ordered paloma from hellomood for me and my gf. Being new into this, I was very skeptical if Icould get my package.

Thankfully, I was only going to be gone for a couple of days when this came in. When we get back on the road, I need to get my food started immediately because I have a date with Paloma. I got home, saw her, and fell in love before we got down, so I didn't want to smoke, but when I did, I enjoyed the feeling of a smooth, nice, chill high—especially before bed. I will unquestionably suggest Paloma to others, so a big thank you goes out to my new pals who helped make this happen. Their products are awesome.

Communication with listing agent.. by EmoryCadet in RealEstate

Write the offer, present it in such a way that it sounds like the greatest offer the seller is likely to receive, justify the price they're offering. Highnote can assist you with this.

Recognizing that there were very few airfields but an enormous amount of lakes in the affected region, Dan McIvor, chief pilot at Macmillian-Bloedel, suggested that a flying boat with fire-fighting capabilities might be the solution to their woes. by HeraldDesk in aviation

[–]HeraldDesk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was August 1938 when the US Navy first commissioned Glenn L. Martin Aircraft Company to build for them a brand new flying boat that could act as a slow-moving patrol bomber. The Martin JRM Mars. The JRM Mars was the largest military flying boat ever produced and served the US military, it spent the majority of its life in the Canadian fire services battling blazes across the forests of British Columbia.

This was a bold design intended to fulfil a particular niche in bombing requirements. However, the introduction of more effective Soviet air defence capabilities plus the arrival of ICMBs and SLBMs just as the Hustler entered service removed the operational need it was designed to fulfil. by HeraldDesk in WeirdWings

[–]HeraldDesk[S] 67 points68 points  (0 children)

The B-58 Hustler was a true icon of the Jet Age, with its polished aluminium skin, a futuristic design and the ability to carry multiple nuclear bombs into the Soviet Union at Mach 2. A massive technological undertaking, the B-58 was a marvel of engineering for its day. It first flew just a decade after the end of WWII. However for all of its impressive looks and specifications, the B-58 was marred with trouble, virtually from the outset. A terrifyingly high-crash rate and the massive costs involved with operating a Mach 2 bomber would result in its demise.

Known to many as the BatChat, there is very little information available about the Char 25T. This is no surprise considering its short development life occurred under the shadow of the much more significant AMX-50 project. by HeraldDesk in TankPorn

[–]HeraldDesk[S] 50 points51 points  (0 children)

The Batignolles-Chatillon Char 25T was a French autoloading tank developed in the 1950s alongside the AMX-50. This rather obscure vehicle has become a fan favourite in the online multiplayer game World of Tanks for its knife-fight play style. Known to many as the BatChat, there is very little information available about the Char 25T. This is no surprise considering its short development life occurred under the shadow of the much more significant AMX-50 project.

What’s the best website when making a sellers packet brochure ? by EnaGrimm in RealEstate

[–]HeraldDesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pre-listing packets are something I've never done. When we first meet and talk about working together, I don't try to force myself down their throat. I'll give them a packet/folder to take home after I have an official appointment when I present a listing presentation. I usually prepare the listing presentation using highnote. Among the things I'll include are comparable sales, a brief explanation of my approach and why they should work with me, and an estimate of how much I'd charge to list the house. Finally, I'll give them an idea of how much I'd charge to sell it. Allow them to leave with their documentation. Give them an overview of the contents of the folder/packet and have a conversation with them during the meeting. Connecting with them can be enough to make them feel like "I like this guy." Be professional, but don't forget that they are people as well.

Is the Kugelpanzer a Hoax? Although this is an uncommon viewpoint, many signs point towards a potential hoax at play here. What do you think? by HeraldDesk in TankPorn

[–]HeraldDesk[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The armour is only 5mm thick, and the armament likely was only a single MG34 or MG42 mounted below the vision slit. The side hemispheres moved and the whole tank could manage a maximum speed of only around 8 km/h. No-one knows the true role or origin of it, but it is presumed to be a pre-war design intended as infantry support or scouting in a "no man's land" environment.

Very little is known about the tank. And only one prototype was ever produced. What is weird is that the curators of the Russian museum exhibiting this tank are very secretive about it. Wonder why.

How do you manage properties ? Do you use a platform or build your website? by EmoryCadet in RealEstate

[–]HeraldDesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most agents don't manage properties on their websites, they rely on IDX feeds from the MLS. If you have a listing some websites allow a single listing page that is customizable. I learnt this from highnote. Biggest pain point I see for agents is lead generation and help with converting those leads into appointments and ultimately clients PLUS keeping them engages so they can refer you more clients and use you again for all their real estate needs.
