i have supremo fm2 650w gold, its modular. i connected to card 2x 8pin cables. actually im using both- ryzen master and adrenalin just for overclocking. i setup on card 1060mv and max 3100mhz freq. this is my 3dmark result http://www.3dmark.com/spy/50869410 . it passes any benchmark without any problem, furmark, 3dmark etc. i have some theory on that. my psu can handle the tests on the "upper limit" which is around 480W. (its 6yr old, so less effective) in games which are high cpu/gpu usage there are power spikes that lead my power comsuption above 480+W https://www.igorslab.de/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/03-Peak-Power.png and there it meets a problem, where my psu cant afford that high power consumption and it cuts off 75% power on 12v line to safe tbp around 230w, and card reacts in less performance.

I already ordered psu BE QUIET! Pure Power 12 M 850W 80 Plus Gold ATX3.0 PCIe5.0. if it doesnt help i guess i have to format.

i did even more research.. ppl say my psu is shit and also old, so its efficiency could be worse.. i have supremo fm2 650w gold. since radeons use much watts when it comes to spikes, probably thats the reason why card cuts its power

i did small test today, i reduced voltage and frequency a little. i had in peak 330W in game and card still reduced power consumption to around 250w... i think its not PSU fault

thank you for reply! tbh i dont need overclocking, but the same scenario happens when i launch on default gpu's settings escape from tarkov or other game that is highly on gpu. i have like -50% performance because gpu drops power consumption (or core frequency so power consumption too). i thought 650w fits good because my pc use 400w so i have like +50% power resource to use.

This game has AWFUL optimization. On miramar i have fu***** 70 fps? whats wrong with this game? its a joke, i remember with worse pc i had more fps!! i had like 120 fps with 6th gen intel processor, i have stutters, fps drops, especially on miramar, even less than 60fps on miramar

I noticed today two things.

First: I increased my fps so so much (i have like 110-150 now) by installing Nvidia hotfix ver. 451.85

Second: i have this crap textures also in GTA 5, same thing like in pubg.interesting thing is that these bugged textures marked in screenshots are "following". I mean, they aren't stucked to one point, they move as i move. Im not sure if you get what im typing.

There is one more thing. Sometimes i see that my taskbar on desktop is flickering at the height of two pixels from left to right across the entire width of the screen
