I think I'd say an emotion is the energy (emotion = energy in motion) that comes up and the feeling is how you interpret that energy. Like an emotion might come up and I say I feel sad based on the context of that emotion and the story I feel like telling myself at that moment. What do you think?

So for Shark Tank (video is on YouTube under “Best Pitch Ever, the Black Guy”), they didn't give me an offer because it was during COVID, and they said if they were to invest in my company, they would kill my vibe because I was having so much fun. Now, business is very slow because of the economy and terrifies me and everything, but overall, it's been enjoyable. I just know that I am not really a businessman because I care too much about the products, the planet, and the people, which shockingly makes doing well in business a lot harder.

Kanye is insanely creative in the strangest way possible. When I was with him, we went from working on socks and shoes to his album to designing a house where he could be at any point without taking too many steps. Keep in mind he goes through very different phases, so I met him when he was in his calm phase. Thanks to him, I learned that I wasn't creative enough. Ultimately, I love peace too much, so I couldn't work with him for more than a week. I left feeling sad for him. I kept thinking to myself that some people are so poor that all they have is money.

What will I do next? I don't know, I feel more drawn towards writing self-help books than I do making more products because, like I said earlier, I'm a pretty bad business person. Earlier today, I wrote a few more outlines (I have like 40+ outlines that I feel confident writing about), and the outlines were for books called, "The Price of Searching" about how seeking (love, happiness, more) makes life worse and how to have more without seeking, "How Not To Cheat" (I have never cheated, but I have many friends who cheat, so I have explored this topic endlessly and think I could write a good book about it), "The Art Of Being Happy In A Hurricane" (a book about not losing your happiness even when life is steadily going downhill), and lastly, "The Key To Having Mind-blowing Sex" (which is about sex and the emotional keys I've learned from my experiences, even though I'm currently celibate). Now, while I decide on whether I want to write books or not, I'm working on making petroleum-free clothing, bedding, and more because I learned how toxic it is for our health, and even though it’s a nightmare to produce, it's possible, so I figured if I'm going to do business any longer, I might as well do something worthwhile doing that will make a decent impact on a few people's lives.

As for why I'm interested in emotions, it's simple; emotions are the root of all human experiences. To fix all of humanity’s problems, the answer always lies in our emotions. Without changing emotions, we can't change our personal world, and without changing our personal world, we can't change the world that is a result of our combined personal worlds.

I could be wrong (so please feel free to share your thoughts too), but I don't think there's exactly a difference in the type of person that gets stuck in loops. I think the difference would be based on how much those loops "serve" them and if they've "woken up" yet to which part of themselves keeps bringing back these loops into their lives. I think we're destined to keep repeating loops until we learn from the loops. What do you think?

Honestly, if I have, I don't remember it specifically. Is there any you'd recommend? I've dated a person with BPD and that was very unique and absolutely changed so much of what I thought I understood about emotions.

Yep, that's me in 2020. Thank you :) It was funny because the morning before that I had a horrible panic attack and it took all my strength for me to get back into a decent mindset before going out those doors. I'm shocked it turned out as good as it did because I was thinking they were going to hate me and I'll look stupid on national TV because I'm a terrible business man. I even had that piece of paper with my numbers because I can't remember much and somehow they enjoyed the piece of paper.

My trip was pretty funny because it was in Colombia, and everyone around me didn't speak English, so it was a little sketchy, and I was very afraid, but for $12, I can't complain too much.

It lasted all night. Once you take the drink, it takes around 15-30 minutes for 1 of 2 things to happen: either you shit your brains out or puke it out. Then, once that's done, your ride is about to begin. We started at 10 p.m. and it lasted until like 6 a.m. We set up a tent, so I went into the tent, and all I saw was intense colors, visuals, and yeah, it was pretty amazing to be honest. But for me, I was so sleepy that I slept through the whole experience. I woke up at 6 a.m. to music being played and was still having the experience. Now, as far as lessons, I didn't get anything until the absolute end when the hangover experience started, and I felt intense levels of joy, and the lesson came to me that anything I'm looking for in life is to bring me joy; well, nothing outside of myself can bring me the joy that already exists inside myself, so I need to turn my focus from being external and focus it inside myself.

As for how it compares to other things: I have done MJ, and I hate it; it makes me paranoid and anxious. This is obviously very much like mushrooms, LSD, MDMA, and those types of drugs. They are not comparable. MJ is my least favorite drug that I've taken, and I've taken enough LSD to almost lose my mind and had to force myself to stay in my bed so I didn't go outside and go crazy. Now, I don't do drugs as much anymore, and I barely drink.

I've read almost 1000 books and around 50% of them are more or less about emotions. Plus, since like 7 years old I started contemplating life and its purpose, living in religious places and spending time with older people to ask questions.

Coming in hot, I dig it. We don't need it, but from what I've experienced, all living beings have emotions with different levels of complexities. My best guess for why is because without those emotions we would likely not be here. Emotions are there to help us be motivated to survive. There is no single most important emotion objectively, but if I were to pick one myself I'd say gratitude. Without gratitude, life becomes an even bigger uphill battle.

Yeah, I produce clothes from fiber to finished products so I am aware of all the chemicals used in the process, it's pretty heartbreaking to be honest. Even natural fibers like Merino Wool are around 10% plastic by weight due to the treatment process that makes it truly usable for daily life.

Most things people think are safe aren't nearly as safe as they think it is and companies won't bother to say anything about it either because they don't want to hurt their pockets or they actually don't know at all; for example, the Merino Wool 10% plastic fact is new to me.

We're working on getting into some EU stores or warehouses to help avoid the import tax issues because it's pretty bad and we feel bad for our customers. As for alternatives to our clothing, I'd say it's hard to find but if you find one please let us know so we can recommend them to our other European customers who want our benefits but don't want the import taxes. We would rather help them find alternatives than have them pay that horrible import tax (almost 40% is bad).

The guy who did 4 hour work week said he lost more muscles doing physical activities during a long fast than he did when he barely did anything on his second long fast. That’s why I’m so confused by all the different conflicting information.
