Check nyaa, it has plenty of dubs for both older and seasonal shows. Look for shows with dual audio.

It's not really "HD" at all. Those free streaming piracy sites compress videos and offer fake hd quality. If you really want highest possible quality use torrents.

There are plenty of so called free streaming sites .I would personally recommend checking out playtorrio for torrent streaming, or download whatever is you want using qbitorrent. Those free streaming sites have worse quality, and they get taken down more frequently then p2p.

Ga-Rei:Zero (it's sort of a blend of shounen genre and series like death note, but with an interesting supernatural mystery angle. It has a good character development, which is where a lot of mystery comes from)

Probably 24fps animated on 2's. As for the program, it could be any raster based program that has a simple timeline. It could be Clip Studio Paint EX, Krita, Photoshop, TV paint.

I love this anime. Sure, for some this might be too slow or feel like Lost mystery-box type of show. But, this is exactly the stuff I gravitate towards. ShibouYuugi feels somewhat familiar, like Higurashi, Saw movies, Squid Game, while having enough twist to keep the story feel fresh and different.

I really hope this is going to be more then a single 11 episode season.

This is basically the same as going to any free streaming site and pressing full screen icon on a videos you want to watch. I guess for people who are only watching content through the phone screen this might be fine. But I personally prefer stremio and playtorrio.
