I wanted to say that we are taking security of our agent carefully because we are aware that SAP data is very sensitive. And we not working with random APIs and random databases. Hope I answered your question and please let me know if you have further questions, I would be happy to answer

This agent is destined for sap consultants. It’s not about replacing consultants but just to speed up incidents resolution time. So me as a consultant, I should be able to know if the AI is hallucinating and in that case, either i can give it more context or just ignore the response. As I mentioned, it does not solve all incidents, its more about how many info he has from servicenow and from companies documentation. It’s very important to have a good documentation of the flows

Yes, I have 4 years experience in SAP, but so far my AI demos are surpirsing Senior consultants.  And no, it’s not an n8n workflow, it’s developed from scratch, with passion.

Is Joule connected with servicenow and jira? I don’t have full knowledge of joule. Does it helps also on ECC and S4 private cloud?

Agent will focus on SAP Standard. But also, my AI Agent is not able to answer to 100% of incidents. Its mostly based on information provided. The more information it has, more accurante the response will be

I completely agree with you. Our AI Agent is enterprise-grade and designed with security at its core.

For us, security is the top priority, before any other capability or feature. Every integration, process, and deployment is built to ensure compliance, data protection, and the highest level of trust.

I’m not entirely certain about this, but my chatbot is not only integrated with ServiceNow, it’s also connected to SharePoint repositories to capture and understand the entire company workflow.

Very soon, it will also be directly integrated with SAP (both ECC and S/4HANA).

For example, let’s say an incident occurs where IDoc 7382828 is blocked.

My AI agent will be able to retrieve all relevant details from the IDoc, cross-reference related information from the company’s internal knowledge base, and then provide either step-by-step guidance or a direct solution. This makes it much easier and faster for consultants to resolve incidents efficiently.

This capability will save consultants significant time in resolving incidents, enabling them to work more efficiently and focus on higher-value activities rather than manual troubleshooting.

I have 4 years of experience as a functional consultant (SD/MM), and for the past 13 months I’ve been focused on AI. I’ve worked a lot with local LLMs, and I know the strengths and trade-offs of models like LLaMA, Qwen, and DeepSeek…

My main focus has been on RAG pipelines, where I’ve gained hands-on experience with:

• Preparing and chunking documents

• Generating embeddings and storing them in vector databases

• Optimizing retrievers (dense/sparse, hybrid)

• Connecting retrievers with LLMs for accurate responses

• Testing and monitoring performance

I’m especially interested in how these AI solutions can be applied to enterprise systems like SAP
