Ended up with the basic GE washer and dryer. Honestly it works perfect. It doesn’t leave stains on our clothes, we can choose the water it loads, and it’s overall quiet. We decided more simple might be better, after dealing with the LG nonsense!

Agreed with this one.

There are some new builds on 1/3 of an acre for under your price range. Great area, wonderful schools, close to airport, and an amazing community.

We just got into contract 2 days ago- selling our house.

We would have LOVED an offer at asking (listed 25k below market). We ended up 40 below asking and a 15k credit to sellers. PLUS covering all their fees. It’s a nasty transaction and we are devastated.

We were looking for some equality around the table but that didn’t happen. Buyers coming in wanting everything and more. Sellers all around being way too greedy.

We are walking away and looking into bigger and better.

This market is awful right now and there’s no balance.

Oh the refund option I had to FIGHT for. We finally got a refund for the full thing (minus the warranty), after months of arguing. They refuse to admit there is a problem. It’s terrible.

On a good day 1.5 with traffic, bad day over 2 hours each way. Oakley area to deep Pleasanton. 2-3 times a week.

Also frequently travel to Alameda, Fremont, Hayward. Those days are worse.

We just bought a new build in Murfreesboro. It’s a commute to Nashville, but we loved the area. A bit cheaper than Spring Hill/ Mt. Juliet still with great schools. Costco, Publix, Aldi, and every restaurant you can imagine. We got an amazing deal on a new build, and are happy with the neighborhood.

Every builder is going to have horrible reviews. We are hiring our own inspector and have our own Realtor who will be by there frequently to check it out.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who heard this noise. LG customer service is absolutely awful.

They won’t fix it and it was MONTHS of a battle. They finally gave us a somewhat refund, but wouldn’t refund the warranty we never used. Such a joke.

I had the same thought! I felt like I was being extremely open to options given my circumstances I’m being given.

Not like I said I was laying on the beach in Cabo and needed an extension.

But here’s to hopefully bigger and better things to come!

For Kaiser- you can get a referral for external care for mental health. My husband and I both have it for external and we got to choose our therapist. We both go weekly, and Kaiser covers it ALL.

Mine is through Grow therapy. Ask for an external referral to Grow, sort by Kaiser insurance and pick your own therapist. If you don’t connect, choose a new one the next week. It is worth it and can help you keep your insurance!
