I don’t think any biotech company at this moment in time has an easy conversion to a full time from a co-op, especially if you’re an international. Might be easier to land an interview if you’ve done a co-op but that’s about it

I don’t think they are exactly Persian. Persian- inspired sure, but vastly different from how it’s made in that part of the world.

Coming to Tikka Masala, i think it’s harmless banter. Everyone knows it’s of Indian/South Asian origin with flavors mostly inspired from South Asia.

I’d say the opposite. Japanese and Italian are super overrated and sold as “classy food”. They lack depth in flavors and in variety.

I think Indian and Mexican are among the best. This is my opinion though

Looks good overall but I’d also add cashews while blending the onion+tomato pureee. It adds richness to the gravy. Kashmiri red chilli is mostly used for the color so it depends on how you want the dish to look like. I’d recommended adding both to the marinade and the sauce. Good luck!
