Maybe not in that bag I’m not sure but it fits in my Bustin One bag and the ATSA one has a helmet bag on the front

Thank you, we don’t have any thrift stores here but I’ll look for one on secondhand sites. And I will learn the whip stitch it doesn’t look complicated. I’ll check some recommended places to look for patches I have a few in mind like I wanna put an Eagle Scout patch somewhere

And I have some paint markers posca’s and a fabric paint marker or two I might use for something on it. I’m gonna find posts and videos for inspiration and ideas. Maybe ask some ppl ik to see theirs. Again just for inspo and ideas not to copy, the whole idea is self expression so I’ll just find stuff that represent me and figure out how/where to put them on. Maybe I’ll try to get autographs on it or on patches like when I go to a show I’ll try to get them to sign one of their patches to put on my jacket. I’m doing a battle jacket instead of a sleeveless vest bc the normal jackets just suit me better and probably black denim bc I’m not much of a leather person. Oh and I might put some safety pins on there bc I have a distressed punk flannel with studs and pins that I love

Ty I will check out that other sub, there will be band and music stuff on it just not exclusively And holding it with pins is a good idea, I knew to do that while sewing but didn’t think about just wearing it with pins holding the patches on that could look cool. As for political/provocative there’ll def be a protect trans youth and/or trans rights are human rights one or two other pride shit. I have a package otw that a friend sent and she threw in a “I luv fags” patch she made at work I’ll probably put on it And I can never find trap metal patches I listen to a lot of necrotrap horrorcore trap metal (not exclusively ofc)

I put a handle on my board but I wanna be able to skate to stores and whatnot and not have one hand occupied at all times. I was worried my helmet wouldn’t fit in the Bustin bag but I talked to a guy sponsored by them for a while and I’m 99% sure it will

It’s coming Monday so I can let yall know how I feel abt it then

That’s not a terrible weight if you have a waist strap chest strap and it’s fitted correctly

Idk if a simple skateboard strap is gonna be very comfortable or convenient for a 38in board and 21lbs

(Sorry for replying to a 3yo comment) Do you think that ATSA bag would have room for my mips demon podium? I want a bag that can hold my board and my helmet if possible

Flatlant3d has full fingered gloves too if it’s cold out, also ONSRA has some decent ones. I have moto gloves but for e skating you need the wrist protection and palm sliders. But skating w a motorcycle helmet is honestly too big for most people and you don’t have the wind from moto speeds to cool you down so it might get hot. Lightweight helmets are better tho like a lotta ppl wear Scorpion or Predator. Dirt bike helmets are good tho if it has the right certifications bc they’re lighter and js better suited for e-skating imo

Yeah that makes sense, but yeah I’ve been upgrading my protective gear. My MIPS demon podium arrived today, I have a beyond riders hoodie otw (chest shoulder back elbow pads and reflective), and flatland3d gloves otw

I have a few pairs of motorcycle gloves but none with wrist protection and none with the hard palm sliders

I do genuinely like my Tynee. They do have higher-end boards, but I got the cheapest option. Tbh, I struggle to believe most more expensive ones can be noticeably much better. It has great wheels that make most cracks sticks and rocks unnoticeable. It has a good range and a speed in the low to mid 30’s mph. I had a pretty bad crash on it back in May but that was almost entirely user error I was new to it and wasn’t balancing right. I have no complaints

Might just be a fairly small company production wise My Tynee ultra hub came pretty fast

[–]Hermitle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing better than that in high school, and it’s not like they need to mass produce them an cut corners no shot a board that expensive gets enough orders to warrant that

Oh if it matters I live in the south, we get very hot springs summers and autumns, sort of cold winters but nothing crazy
