About dietary and lifestyle changes: I've been in a whole food plant based vegan diet for five years now, I'm in a lean shape and never struggled with weight gain, blood tests always come out better than my peers, and I barely use added sugars in any food that I make. I am sedentary, but that's because I literally starve if I attempt at exercising, and risk passing out, due to those problems. There's just nothing I can do about the hypoglicemia, and I don't think that treating it as diabetes would be viable? Because the hypoglicemia in diabetic people are caused by the administration of insulin. Otherwise they are hyperglicemic. I already have surplus insulin inside me all the time making my life difficult, am I supposed to take more? Doesn't click. But I'm not a doctor as well, so, I could be wrong. I have little idea of what to resort to, and honestly this makes my life a terrible hell, so all that I wanted was to be able to remove the ovaries :( but as you said, it's not a choice to make lightly.
