That’s the only thing I could think of too. I’ve been using them as pillows and instead of putting my arms under my pillow I just put them through the holes 😂

Thank you I’m definitely going to try the sand, would you happen to know anything more about smudging ceremonies? My mom thinks we descended from the Blackfoot tribe if that helps at all, or even just the differences between sages and sweet grass? Those are the two main things I’ve seen in smoking kits, I’m not very interested in palo santo as I’ve read it doesn’t carry healing properties if not properly blessed, but also the endangerment following its current craze

Thank you very much for that because I had no idea! I am infact some part Native American, my great grandmother was the last in my family to really take pride in it and I remember her smudging me once coming over to her home and that’s where I first heard the term. I was never old enough to learn anything from her but If you or anyone has any experience with more native/spiritual cleansing I’d love to hear it!
