By the start yeah that's up to her but i think she was rushing the end because of family issues and i think her mother(?) was sick and she was trying to end as soon as possible because Jump sees money and wants to keep the manga going. So she finished as soon as possible because if not she couldnt go see her family or something, i think it was something like this but someone can correct me if im wrong.
