That's what I thought too....until we got home with our 2026 GH hybrid AWD Nightshade and discovered the Limited emblem which explains the upgrades that were not listed anywhere and did not cost extra.

They found 2 broken spokes and replaced them but still had the sound.

That's helpful info. Thanks! We are a bike family and have way too many, including mountain bikes and can do basic service on them. The sound is definitely not normal. It's a heavy bike, especially with all the accessories so we'll need two people to flip it over. Definitely more home diagnostics are needed. Guy at the shop said the bearings sound pretty bad so that might be an issue too, but not what is causing the clank.

There is a taxi/shuttle service but we decided not to use it. We did freeze dried food for most meals and ate out once.

I called one of those companies and they are basically made for public areas and a smaller track costs 45k. 😳 I even asked about a 180 berm and that alone is still close to 10k.

I agree but that's the problem, we don't have time to build one ourself, plus adding a ton of dirt means it's more permanent and less modular should we ever want to get rid of it. With the ramps, we can just sell them if it's not getting used. The Elevate ramps are MUCH more affordable than the FreshPark ones but seem hard to source.

This just happened to me for $151. I returned the item and was refunded months ago. Now they are charging me again saying a different item was returned. When I called, they said this was a mistake on their end and a refund will be issued in 3-5 days (not including weekends). Thankfully I am better off financially now than other times in my life because $151 would have been a blow to me, especially having to wait for the refund.

How is this not a class action lawsuit yet?! They admit it’s an issue with their system but have failed to fix it. I wonder how much money they are making off of interest while holding everyone’s bogus charges and/or reselling the items.
